Senior Business Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
Understanding business needs and taking the lead to a potential change or transformation.
Gathering, identifying, and documenting business/technical requirements.
Can handle the different types of documentation (BRD, SRS, Use cases, User Stories, UML diagrams)
Lead the planning and execution of business analysis activities, including process mapping, requirements gathering, and user acceptance testing.
Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to stakeholders based on data-driven insights and industry best practices.
Investigating business problems and opportunities using root cause analysis.
Implementing, testing, and deploying solutions to business problems.
Creating and documenting functional specifications for new systems and processes.
Acting as an advisor to senior managers and executive teams.
Building relationships with all key stakeholders.
Manage all the related documentation
Work on multiple projects efficiently
Job Requirements :
Proven experience as a business analyst for 5 years
BSc/BA in computer science, engineering or related field
Expert knowledge and experience with process design and mapping tools
Good knowledge about software development models especially Micro-services-oriented apps
Knowledge of Dev Ops standard and processes in developing mobile apps
Experience in project managements
