Maintain regular contact with owners and potential buyers to find new opportunities and assess existing ones
Handling the selling process including approaching, showing and closing.
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
Cooperating with developers.
Achieve sales targets set by the company.
Job Requirements
Should have a proven track in selling residential and/or administrative and/or commercial and/or second home properties in any of the new urban cities
Good English, perfect sales and communication skills
Should have the ability to interact with people effectively.
Fifth settlement , Naser city and Nearby areas residents are preferred
