Lead the development, execution, and elevation of asset control & tracking (AC&T) processes, tools, systems, KPIs and dashboards for ME (Marketing equipment coolers & post mix machines).
Applying and put best practices standards for MEM AC&T center of excellence. Support sales force to sell more numbers of cases through leading sales execution of ME.
Responsibilities:
Put, review & simplify MEM policies to ensure control activities & smooth business processes to achieve targets.
Issue and share all MEM performance & KPIs with stakeholders and Top management on monthly basis.
Train & explain teams finance, sales, ware house & security on periodically base to keep updated and avoid any violations.
sales supported with all equipment in order to insure of sales target.
Lead and track equipment verification controls through different activities to ensure the reduction of annual loss rate. (CR & annual count)
Ensure AC&T team perform a monthly inventory count in 28 DCs through the country workshops and compare it to the records and solve its issue if any to match SAP with ground.
Sustain and implement the GCS COSO testing as per the test time frame to ensure that the controls are effective and achieve the requested passing rate.
Perform visit to MEM locations in regularly base to ensure and assess performance through health checklists and put needed action plan to enhance if any points.
Support the sales team in measuring and tracking assets productivity inside market
Track, Report, & analyze all relevant information and competitive activities across all trade channels and package and communicate it to management to take appropriate action.
Planning and executing control calendar of particular MEM activities inline with control team to insure synergy between admin activities and sales technology & MEM governance activities.
Transfer Knowledge and best-practices by acting as a mentor for other MEM peers and subordinates.
Own and manage all MEM related applications & systems with different teams (sales, finance & warehouse):
Coolers approval workflow – Skelta
Lead operating and application development
Approve users request
Check current users on quarterly base
Solve issues and lead connection with tier 2 app support in IT hubs.
SAP – MEM module
manage & lead MEM admins team to operate ME transactions through SAP (deploy – Pickup – market repair- maintenance – retire – lost).
Manage and run risk analysis for roles access
Solve issues and lead connection with tier 2 app support in IT hubs.
