ROLE SUMMARY
Project Management Office Analyst supports and oversees the operations which include but not limited to project governance, keeping projects on budget, tracking progress, reporting, and analyzing project data to identify areas of improvement across various stages of project. support the PMO to ensure the project team adheres to the Organization Processes and Policies, Project Management methodology, cadences and Governance through effective communication, internal audit, and reporting.
ROLE PROFILE
Conduct ongoing follow-up and tracking of all active projects/initiatives to ensure execution in line with the defined timelines and budgets.
Support the Project team on various stages of the project on logistics, procurement and tools availability.
Establish and monitor the implementation of effective project management policies, procedures, tools, and methods including project management standards, risk management and change control processes under the guidance of PMO Lead.
Maintain project documentation in a central repository like Share Point. Handle access configurations across project artifacts based on RACI.
Direct efforts to enhance the efficiency of project tracking and reporting mechanisms by providing recommendations on tools and systems (digital and otherwise) that can be deployed to support project management efforts.
Drafting new project management office policies and processes, while continuously improving existing ones.
Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science / IT.
Minimum of 4+ years of overall work experience in the field of IT with at least 3+ years within IT Project Management stream.
Prior working experience as a team member within PMO or part of the Project Team is Plus.
Project management certifications as CAMP, RMP, CSM, PMP considered as added advantage.
Hands on experience using tools such as Microsoft Office, Share Point, Jira, Service Now, and other leading Project Management tools.
Good understanding of Project Management methodologies as Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid.
