ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
Responsible for To ensure bulk production execution and shipping on time.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Include but not limited to
- To monitor Production status information against the actual production at site.
- To monitor & control the execution of the bulk order productions are conform to the given approved Production T & A.
- To identify & alert the potential problem in the production that can cause the delay of the shipment. Such as : Low Production Efficiency & Poor Quality Performance
- To counter check the correct fabrics and trims received by factory to the approved swatch and trim card.
- Coordinate Production Supervisor to “Follow up chart” provided by the maker. Review with KBB & maker Merchandisers’ if any concern discusses with production manager and voice out immediately to improve the situation.
- To verify the cutting & spreading process to make sure factory cut correct size & color in the correct quantities.
- Consolidate and send the required production updates to the Production Supervisor.
- Coordinate twice a month analysis the product risk and discuss with production manager and publish to QA, Wash tech, Merchant.
- Responsible to monitor all steps of the production process, calculates and analyses the daily output Vs production plan and report to production manager if any potential issue.
- Coordinate Production Supervisor to ensure the KBB QA team conducts the quality audits and maker handing over the cargo to forwarder according to schedule.
- Other duties assigned by supervisor .
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
Include but not limited to
- At least 5 years of relevant experiences in Merchandising for Bulk Production in Garment industry
- Experienced in effective communicating with internal stakeholders and vendor's laundry team
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Access).
- Proficient in English and local language for both speaking and writing

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's/Master's Degree from reputed Institute
OR
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree from Fashion Institute or, in Textile Technology
SPECIFIC WORKING CONDITIONS ( if any)

- Frequency of Travel: 30%
- External communication required: 70%
