Orange Reporting and Analytics (ORA) is a new digital reporting platform designed to enhance the experience of Orange Business customers. Developed using SAFe methodology, ORA offers advanced analytics capabilities that go beyond traditional contractual reporting.
This innovative solution addresses customer needs by providing more comprehensive, visually appealing, accurate, accessible, and reliable reports. ORA will deliver greater value to customers by meeting their evolving expectations for reporting.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
As the product owner in our Agile project team, you will collaborate closely with the Scrum Master, RTE , tech lead, UI/UX Designer, and partner teams. You will be responsible for leading the development and success of our reporting products, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and align with our business objectives.
In an Agile context, you will perform the following tasks :

• Product Vision and Strategy
  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop a clear product backlog that prioritizes features and functionalities.
• Product Development:
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure product requirements are met.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs.
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to create exceptional user experiences.
• Product Launch and Management
  • Oversee product launches and post-launch activities.
  • Monitor product performance and gather feedback from customers and stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve and iterate on existing products.
• Market Analysis and Research
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to inform product decisions.

• Bilingual: Fluent in both French and English

Knowledge and Abilities

• Strong understanding of product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, SAFe).
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical
• Experience in using Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to deal with unclear scope and new products.
• Strong customer focus and empathy

In addition to the following :

• Agility: You embrace agile methodologies and are proficient in collaborative tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Communication: You can effectively present innovative solutions, argue your points, and persuade others.
• Customer focus: You are skilled at listening to clients and their users, understanding their needs, and translating them into software requirements and solutions.
• Technical knowledge: Experience in the networking and telecommunications field is a valuable asset.

Educational background:

• B.Sc. in computer science or equivalent
• SAFe PO/PM certified is a plus.

Professional Experience:

• 5+ Years work Experience in a similar position
