About the role: We are seeking an experienced and talented Technical Product Owner. In this role, he/she will be responsible for driving the product development process from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and vision. Will work closely with the delivery squads tribe to validate requirements, analyze needs, and ensuring that the core development team delivers high-quality software that meets clients needs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs.
Write user stories and explain them to the team.
Monitor apps' performance and recommend enhancements whenever needed.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure that the product roadmap is feasible.
Act as the primary point of contact for the development team, clarifying requirements and answering questions as needed.
Align with the UX team on the user experience and design.
Ensure that the product meets the company's standards and the customers' needs.
Requirements Required Skills & Abilities:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Strong problem solving, analytical and lateral thinking and conflict management skills.
Must be proactive, detail & results oriented.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked and high energy environment.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Previous experience in loyalty programs or a similar industry is a plus.
Certifications in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) are desirable but not required.
