Responsibilities:
Document and organize company processes to create a comprehensive knowledge base.
Participate in the development and implementation of automation projects.
Research and test emerging technologies to enhance productivity and optimize workflows.
Conduct efficiency analysis of current processes and develop recommendations for future improvements.
Plan and initiate change initiative projects aimed at improving overall company efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and process documentation techniques (e.g., RACI matrix).
Documentation: Ability to create clear and concise process documentation.
Pproject Management: Strong skills in planning, organizing, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion.
Passion for technology and automation platforms.
Strong time optimization and efficiency management skills.
Confident in presenting and collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
