ROLE SUMMARY
The role of the Supervisor is to ensure the smooth operation of Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment attractions in close conjunction with the Associate Manager or/and Manager and to lead the Customer Service Officer team on the assigned shift to guarantee excellent guest satisfaction, by providing an exciting and enjoyable experience in a clean and safe environment.

ROLE SUMMARY
The role of the Supervisor is to ensure the smooth operation of Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment attractions in close conjunction with the Associate Manager or/and Manager and to lead the Customer Service Officer team on the assigned shift to guarantee excellent guest satisfaction, by providing an exciting and enjoyable experience in a clean and safe environment.
ROLE PROFILE
- Carries out the daily walk through to identify faults, breakdowns and equipment deficiencies for the facility and reports any issues to his/her Line Manager and the relevant Technician.
- Supports the management team in supervising designated teams to ensure that team members are adhering to schedule, shift rota’s and Customer Service Officer tasks accordingly.
- Resolves conflicts and complaints by customers and ensures an optimal customer experience.
- Monitors the facility and equipment through audits, asset registers and periodic services.
- Responsible for completing daily, weekly, monthly checklists/reports.
- Trains and mentors small to medium sized teams and understands peak and down times of site.
- Ensure team members adhere to yearly KPIs.
- Ensures that all team members, third parties, and contractors use the Personal Protective Equipment required in the correct manner.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/certification in any discipline and/or relevant experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced operational environment with at least 1 year as Customer Service Officer and/or Customer Service Representative.
- Experienced with customer service, sales techniques, and interpersonal social skills.
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge in inventory cycle.
- Demonstrate strong communication (oral & written), organization, management, and leadership skills to lead in a positive environment.
