Provide support to Manager – HR in the following areas a. recruitment and interview process b. processing of terminations c. payroll preparation. d. performance review process e. preparing correspondence f. preparing weekly / monthly MIS reports g. resolving any employee related issues h. monitor attendance of staff, generate attendance reports, cross check employee overtime i. coordinate with PR department for matters related to the government ensuring that we follow the legal employee guidelines and policies as per the directive of the Egyptian Government. j. maintain employees personnel files and filing of documents Any other task assigned by the management from time to time Job Type: Permanent Application Question(s):
