Gated Communities Demand Management Sr. Specialist
Role Purpose
Take responsibility for multiple Gated Communities Project Management.
Role Profile
- Responsible on project managements of FTTH & Triple Play projects
- Responsible for all triple play solutions technology
- Set Project Plans to Internal Customers, and update on the progress, visits during the project life cycle from Kick off meeting with the customer till the project closure and be main customers focal point during projects life cycle
- Collecting customer acceptance and handover the projects operation teams
- Coordinate and follow up on projects acceptances with service assurance during customer’s meeting Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Customer-orientated and innovative approach to service design and delivery and Result orientated
- Evidence good organisational and project management skills and have a sense of vision, grasp complex concepts and think strategically
- Evidence exceptional time management abilities and problem solver
- Ability to interact effectively, using good interpersonal skills
