Financial Planning and Analysis Associate Manager | MAF Entertainment | Head Office
ROLE SUMMARY
The role of Financial Planning and Analysis Associate Manager is to assist Senior Finance Manager in rent process, Capex management, Partnering Real Estate department as well as managing Hyperion system uploads for budget and forecast uploads for Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment and ensuring proper data quality is maintained.

ROLE SUMMARY
The role of Financial Planning and Analysis Associate Manager is to assist Senior Finance Manager in rent process, Capex management, Partnering Real Estate department as well as managing Hyperion system uploads for budget and forecast uploads for Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment and ensuring proper data quality is maintained.
ROLE PROFILE
- Provide efficient and effective Financial Planning Management support to enable timely and accurate Decision Making.
- Implement And Maintain Rent control processes within Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment that are efficient and effective consistent with The Majid Al Futtaim Governance Processes.
- Support for a variety of Ad Hoc initiatives, including financial systems improvements, process enhancements Etc.
- Business Partnering with Real Estate department and manage rent payment process across MAF Entertainment sites.
- Maintain Data Hygiene and Error-Free of The Centralized Data Warehouse, Managing Data Flow Processes.
- Ensure timely submission for Budget and Forecast including variance analysis to Management Whilst Recommending Corrective Action Plans.
- Responsible for rent payment, analysis and control
- Review transaction processing processes to ensure best practice and speed of reporting is maintained
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance Or Relevant.
- 3+ Years of Experience in FP&A or Control Positions
- Superior Financial Analysis and Financial Modeling Skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Qualified accountant preferably CA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA.
- Advanced Excel skills with 2+ Years of Experience in Power BI as Developer.
