Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The role will involve delivering excellent customer service, handling customer support inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fulfilling customer service objectives.
Requirements
Fluent English Speakers (B2/C1)
Graduates and undergraduates with no commitment can apply
Benefits
1. Highest net salary in the industry up to 15,000 EGP Net including KPIs.
2. Overnight allowance: 1000 EGP
3. Gym Access
4. Social insurance.
5. Medical insurance 400k coverage per year.
6. Career Path - Promotion after 6 months
7. Transportation provided all over Cairo and Giza with different collection points
8. VPN Mobile allowance
Working Conditions
5 working days and 2 days off
Rotational working hours (9 hours) (1 hour break)
