Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The role will involve delivering excellent customer service, handling customer support inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fulfilling customer service objectives.
Requirements
•Fluent English Speakers (B2 // C1)
•Graduates // undergraduates with no commitment can apply.
Benefits
1. Highest net salary in the industry up to 14,000 EGP Net including KPIs. You will be receiving your KPIs in the Euro equivalent.
2. Overnight allowance: 1000 EGP
3. Gym Access
4. Social insurance.
5. Medical insurance 400k coverage per year.
6. Career Path - Promotion after 6 months
7. Transportation provided all over Cairo and Giza with different collection points
8. VPN Mobile allowance
9.Discounts in many stores all over EGYPT
Working Conditions
•5 working days and 2 days off
•Rotational working hours (9 hours) (1 hour break)
