(English Account) Key Responsibilities: -Responding to customer inquiries via phone and providing accurate information. -Maintaining a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to assist customers, Resolving their inquiries and concerns effectively. -Documenting customer interactions and feedback for future reference. -Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience. Requirements: Fluency in English is a must. Grads/Undergrads can apply. Shift is 9 hours rotational (including 1 hour break) with 2 days off. Transportation is Provided from multiple points across Cairo and Giza. Salary: Up to 15K, including KPIs (calculated in Euro equivalent).
