As Export / Import ONECare Service Agent is responsible for providing frontline responses to queries from our clients and provide resolutions for service issues that are brought to you through Service Cloud or other channels.
Scope of the Role:
Provide efficient solutions and initiate proper alternate options for resolving the issues/cases.
Accurate coordination of customer requests to ensure that all requests directed to the right paths and processed effectively.
Communicate effectively with customers and handle them in a reliable and professional manner.
Ensure good collaboration and communication within departments.
Answer incoming Chats/Emails and respond immediately to customers.
Managing and resolving customer complaints.
Solve Customers' Problems.
Follow up customer cases and ensure case handle/closure within KPIs frame.
Researching required information using available resources and systems.
To be solid link between external customers and internal departments in order to clarify and solve case situation.
Position Skills, Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor Qualification – logistics, or any relevant field.
2-4 years experience in the same field
Good knowledge about the field of customer service “Export and Import”.
Good knowledge of the English language is a must due to the job natural.
