Customer Service Agent
Responsibilities:
- Handle customers and coordinate active creating visitors.
- Answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls.
- Delivering world-class service to our customers.
- Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing.
- Staff calendars and schedules.
- Entering accounting data and reports.
Skills:
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
- Schedule and confirm meetings.
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Must be ( Grad, gap year or drop out)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
