Customer Advisor
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: 6th of October city
Job Summary:
Concentrix is seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-tier support to our clients through phone, email, or chat. You must be a graduate with strong English proficiency (B2-C1 level), capable of effectively communicating and solving customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with customers in English (B2-C1 level).
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments and ensure timely follow-up.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide the most relevant information to customers.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with team members to contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- English proficiency at B2 to C1 level (written and verbal communication).
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
