Key Accountabilities
The position involves:
Analyze costs and prepare reports on food, beverage, and operational expenses.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements.
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring proper valuation.
Work with purchasing and operations teams to optimize inventory usage.
Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning.
Provide insights into future cost trends and resource requirements.
Investigate variances between actual costs and budgets, providing actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with operations to manage portion sizes, reduce waste, and control ingredient costs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:
Minimum bachelor degree in accounting.
2-4 years of experience as cost accountant in food and beverages industry is a must.
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good in English speak and write.
