An Associate Customer Success Manager (ACSM) plays a vital role in ensuring that our customers fully leverage the value of LSEG by discovering and implementing workflow solutions while continuously providing mentorship throughout the customer journey.
This is a post-sales role which drives commercial value creation through adoption of all LSEG solutions purchased by the customer to achieve revenue retention and customer engagement. The ACSM is a key role in improving customer experience by applying a network of experts across LSEG and ensuring customers’ business objectives are achieved though full utilization of solutions into the daily workflow of end-users. The scope includes engaging with customer in the investment and advisory space and identification of opportunities (cross sell, up sell) that are passed through to sales and account management.
Equal parts trusted advisor and product guide, the CSM transforms our client’s business through user adoption of our suite of solutions & crafts the conditions for efficient renewal and upsell growth.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Create and execute proactive customer engagements (e.g. University workshops & webinars) that help customers to maximize the value derived from LSEG academia solutions post sale and build adoption and advocacy

Use specialist knowledge to demonstrate and educate customers on relevant functionality and content resulting in increased usage and product adoption Interpret and take action on usage information focusing on “at risk” customers to mitigate cancellations and identify value optimization opportunities

Promote insights relevant to customers’ workflow and act as a voice of the customer internally, feeding back their experiences

Develop and execute retention strategies as part of the customer success plan for accounts, in conjunction with account managers

Identify and investigate opportunities to raise to account manager for action and share insights to aid the sales process

Research & analysis background & experience

understanding of finance, economics & investment management

knowledge or experience of working in academia environment

Significant Product and Workflow Expertise (e.g. knowledge of financial modeling, Excel, MS Office, Datastream)

English & French speaking and writing skills required.

University degree or relevant work experience in finance, economics & investment
