Job Description:
JLL, a leading global real estate services firm, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our Project & Development Services (PDS) team in Cairo, Egypt. The successful candidate will assist in managing and delivering diverse real estate projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and budgets.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Assist in the development of project scopes, objectives, and comprehensive project plans.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and manage issues as they arise.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project's lifecycle.
Assist in the procurement process, including tendering and vendor management.
Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management or construction.
Familiarity with construction methodologies and project management software/tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
