We are looking for a Scrum Master for our client in the Industrial Section. You will join the e Commerce Product Team, which includes skilled software developers, IT business consultants and a business-oriented Product Owner from offices in both Denmark and the Philippines. Their agile journey began more than four years ago and has evolved ever since working actively with continuous improvement. The client continuously invests more in agile development of both software and products, and you will be stepping into an area that is committed to support the agile foundation. Currently, they are 11 teams covering around 90 team members and still growing.
Location: Mid Jutland, onsite 2-4 days a week.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Empathic and can facilitate and create strong relationships online as well as face to face
Certified as Scrum master or equivalent experience
5+ Years of experience with agile ways of working
Expert in understanding of team dynamics and how teams work
Bachelor or master's degree in relevant areas or equivalent experience
Experience with Jira or Azure Dev Ops or other software development management tools
Excellent communication skills both orally and in written English
Developer or tester background (nice to have).

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
Coach the Development Team in self-management and cross-functionality
Cognizant about team health and act/guide the team to ensure they continuously improve their way of working
Ensuring a structured approach to the delivery process i.e, facilitate Scrum events as needed to keep the team on the right track
Collaborating with the team to create and maintain borders and grow psychological safety
Help with Product Owner understanding of product planning in an empirical environment
Ensure the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value and help the Product Owner in understanding and practicing agility
Help the team to create high-value products
Remove impediments to the team’s progress
