We are looking for an experienced and structured Head of Customer Success and Team Lead for our client' Onboarding Team.
This role will sit in the intersection between the client's Platform Offerings and teams throughout Development. You will play a key part in enabling decentralized data product development, enablement of their standards and data governance principles and the enablement of decentralized data ingestion. You will also play a key part in making sure the client has a controlled and scalable onboarding journey and that feedback loops are established between the Platform Teams, the Onboarding Team and the business You will be anchored in company and report into the client' Product Director in the day to day and this role will work closely with and be a part of the client' Leadership Team.
Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Strong experience from a similar position as Head of Success
Strong in building working relationships (internal and external)
Solid understanding/qualification of Project Management Principals
Well organised and capable of meeting agreed deadlines
Strategic thinking with operational focus
Organizational thinking, planning & adherence to timeline
Person with good communication skills
Take own initiatives and ensure for results
Experience from the pharma industry preferred
Able to manage a portfolio of internal customers and ensuring that new prospects are onboarded to a platform effectively
Have a deep understanding of a platform offerings and the ability to guide prospects and existing customers through the funnel from awareness to onboarding to activation
Able to be accountability for operationalizing the data mesh with decentralized silver and gold product development and decentralized data ingestion
Professional level of English - oral and written
Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
Own and manage the existing portfolio of internal customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement
Make sure existing customers are moving forward on their journey and that they are happy along the way
Develop and implement strategies and processes to maximize customer success and retention
Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, addressing their needs and ensuring their success with our client
Lead the onboarding team in guiding new prospects through the onboarding process
Develop and refine onboarding processes to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for new users
Champion the operationalization of the data mesh with decentralized silver and gold product development
Leverage decentralized data ingestion tooling and best practices
Maintain a deep understanding of the client' platform offerings, features, and benefits
Communicate the value proposition of the client o prospects and customers at various stages of the funnel
Own and continuously improve the customer onboarding and adoption processes
Implement best practices and ensure scalability of processes as the customer base grows
