QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Strong experience with design and implementation of organisational changes and operating models
- In-depth experience of supporting and implementing operating model changes
- Hands on experience, strategic/tactical steer as well as part of the implementation with a strong executive stakeholder mgmt
- Able to analyze, plan and execute large-scale, cross-functional initiatives as well as engaging, built trust and communicating with relevant stakeholders at all levels in the organisation
- Able to navigate in a large, dynamic and complex organization - and to deal with changing circumstances and tasks
- Experience from banking organizations is an advantage
- Professional level of English - both oral and written
- Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
