Create the solutions that will enable a better tomorrow In this role, you will join our team of experts and work closely with our Compensation and Master data team and combine your theoretical knowledge from your studies with various practical tasks. There will be a broad interface with the finance department and close collaboration with People and Organization colleagues. Furthermore, on a day-to-day basis, you will:
Conduct thorough analysis of salary and employee data to identify trends, discrepancies, and insights that can inform organizational decisions.
Develop and implement controls to ensure accuracy and compliance in reporting.
Monitor time registration processes to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Assist in coordinating and communicating organizational changes, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged in the transition process.
Perform regular reconciliations of accounts, identifying discrepancies and providing clarifications as necessary to maintain integrity.

Studying at a university with an interest in financial management, IT or auditing.
Good with numbers with a fair understanding of accounting principles.
Highly structured with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently while meeting deadlines.
Experienced in handling confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Skilled in using excel for data analysis and management.
Proficient in written and spoken English, able to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
The position is 15 hours a week but may also be more in periods. However, we expect the student assistant to be available in the Lyngby office.
