Scrum Master
Role : Scrum Master
Location : Malmo, Sweden
Duratiom : 6+ Months Contract Position
Around 8-10 years of experience in working as scrum master
Continuous work with teams to streamline the communication and making positive relationships builded on a cooperation
Cooperation in developing self-organized and autonomous teams as well as working on their constant improvement
Extending the knowledge about Agile inside the organization (trainings, workshops, education)
Methodological support (Agile methods)
Providing objective feedback
Identification and elimination of impediments that prevent teams from development
Providing a support in work synchronization between particular units within organization
Knowledge on agile metrics and measurement across squads
Experience in working with Agile methodology
Sound Knowledge on SAFe Agile
Participate in PI planning and facilitate if required
Proactive attitude, openness and courage in an action
The ability to build strong relationships
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to draw logical conclusions
Strong communication skills
Openness to change and commitment
Resistance to stress
Certified Scrum Master - SAFe preferred
Excellent oral and written English skills
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Up to 400,00kr. per hour

- Safe certified
- Banking experience
- Safe hands on exp is required atleast 2-3 years exp should be in recent project
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Up to 400,00kr. per hour
