You'll also be in charge of optimising our systems, building workflows that scale, and creating seamless integrations across all our tools. Responsibilities You will be joining our team of +120 people in rapid growth. We are on a venture journey and you will have a huge impact in the organisation from the start.
HRIS Ownership: Manage and optimise Hi Bob, ensuring seamless integration with tools like Team Tailor, Zenegy, and Deel. Provide insights through reports for leadership.
Workflow Automation: Design workflows to streamline processes like onboarding and off-boarding, ensuring efficiency as we scale.
Employee Relations Support: Be the go-to for day-to-day People Ops queries.
Compliance & Data Security: We are critical in ensuring compliance with EU and local employment laws and data protection regulations.
Compensation & Benefits: Support compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
Project Management: Ensuring successful completion of initiatives that impact the broader People Operations function, such as entry into new markets, working with feedback, internal training, etc.
Qualifications and about you
Bachelor (or higher degree) in an applicable field.
More than 2 years of experience in People Operations, with solid expertise in managing HRIS platforms (preferably Hi Bob or similar data-driven HR systems).
Knowledge of employment law from one or more of our countries: Denmark, Italy, or Spain would be a bonus
Strong analytical skills and a track record of using People data to inform decisions.
You are motivated by managing multiple projects and priorities in an ever-changing upstart environment.
Deep understanding of People processes and best practices.
Familiarity with API integrations between HR systems and other tools would be a huge plus, but we have people who can help.
