Job Overview: This role will be a split between working to support our global recruitment strategies and efforts but also supporting the human resources operations in our organization and contributing to our growth journey.This is a fixed-term maternity cover role, based in central Bristol starting in October or November 2024, which will offer you the chance to expand your knowledge, experience, and personal development, in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day recruiting activities involving job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling and candidate interviews, and sharing feedback with hiring managers.
Maintain clear, regular communications with hiring managers regarding position requirements, sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, interviewing strategies, etc.
Provide great candidate experience by fostering a world-class hiring journey from application to employment
Ensure all recruiting database information is entered in a timely and accurate manner in our HRIS system to ensure data integrity
Proactively source candidates and build our talent pools
Support management on employee cases and advise on employment law
Collaborate with the rest of the team on HR operational projects/responsibilities
Support our payroll responsible with different tasks related to payroll and holiday balances through our time system globally
Assist on HR policy and procedures inquiries
Support HR systems management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
1-2 years of operational HR experience
Good knowledge/understanding of employment law practices
You prioritize outstanding customer service
Team player, proactive and positive attitude
Strong sense of urgency and problem solving oriented
Written, verbal, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced environment
Experience using an ATS and HRS to source, track, and manage candidates.
