Our Danish Pw C Workforce team is a small group of highly motivated consultants based in Copenhagen and Aarhus and working within a global practice of 6,000 Workforce professionals. The management consultant role
You will work closely with your team members, engagement manager and the leading Partner, to help shape deliverables and perform analysis within the different aspects of people, performance and reward. You will apply your curiosity, enthusiasm to quickly learn new skills, and build your experience while developing your client management skills, your consulting toolbox and your expertise within People & Organisation.
We work with business-driven projects from a strategic perspective, and you should be interested in building and unfolding your skillset within:

We are looking for
-
Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably from consulting or in a numbers-driven environment
-
A strong ownership mentality, the will to make a difference, and the ability to deliver quality outcomes

Remarkable analytical skills that you can bring across in a pragmatic and business-oriented way

Robust proficiency working with Excel and other data analysis tools

Proven fast learner and a wish to further develop yourself while working on client assignments

Thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and willing to be personally flexible so that we meet our clients’ expectations

A relevant university degree within economics, finance or business (i.e. Cand.merc. ASC/ AEF/ FIR/ IMM/ SOL/ INT/oecon. etc.) and have graduated with top of the class grades - particularly within any math, statistics or similar courses

Fluency in both Danish and English
