Responsibilities You will be joining our company of 120+ people in rapid growth. We are on a venture journey and you will have a huge impact in the organization from the start. Your responsibilities are to:
Lead and extend a remote team of local Field Marketers
Ensure that each market succeeds with key local marketing initiatives, together with the country leads (marketing initiatives incl. for example physical events, online events, PR, collaborations and Partner Marketing)
Managing the associated marketing budget
Planning and prioritization with stakeholders from the different departments

Qualifications and about you
+3 years of experience in Field Marketing roles within Saa S
Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
You know what high quality looks like and know how to expect it from your colleagues
You are able to take charge and responsibility of key areas of the marketing deliveries
You have an in-depth understanding of how to execute quality events and local marketing initiatives
You are used to working with stakeholders to accomplish business results
Professional fluency in English
International experience, experience in the Saa S field and especially scale-up experience is seen as a plus for this position
