We are a growing team based in Prague (Czech Republic), developing world leading game-based military simulations for major NATO powers and their allies. We are constantly looking for ways to advance the whole industry, using the latest technologies and trends (such as whole world simulation, virtual reality and motion tracking).
The Sales Support Specialist position is to coordinate all aspects of sales of our software for virtual training and professional services within the market, including liaising directly with customers on a daily basis, funnelling incoming queries to appropriate channels, handling several reporting functions and coordinating with the local departments and functioning as an integral part of the Global BD and sales teams.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Identify any bottlenecks or inefficiencies in platforms or applications utilized by the Global Business Developers, Sales and Technical Sales Support teams. Assist with onboarding to new platforms and systems, provide regular coaching and mentoring, and provide them with real-time support and assistance.
Provide BD and Sales staff with accurate and timely sales, renewals, and financial sales data, assist the BD team with the generation of sales quotes, direct contact with customers via email/phone about sales quotes and purchase orders etc.
Carry out market analysis or research tasks, including due diligence on potential customers and partners.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services offered by both BISim and competitors.
Coordinate with BISim’s Records Management Specialist to review and complete required forms with BISim BD staff.
Skills:
Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and organisational skills
Ability to continuously multitask and prioritize various projects.
Basic IT skills pertaining to various CRM, Microsoft Office and Google Documents.
Basic understanding of managing online sales of computer software.
Teamwork skills and qualities to participate in the sales process.
Quick learner - our environment is very dynamic and we implement new rules on a regular basis.
Initiative with your ideas on how to improve and facilitate processes/reports/communication.
Excellent English language skills (both written and verbal)
Great to have:
Experience with using and managing operational customer relationship management software (Net Suite)
Other languages appreciated - German, Dutch, French...
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred
2-3 Years of Sales Support Experience desired
