Regular visits to distributor branches and non-direct customers in the subordinate area
Management of a portfolio of assigned customers and active search for new ones
Participate in the development of sales plans and their implementation to specific target groups
Preparing offers and negotiating contract terms in accordance with company standards
Planning, conducting and coordinating promotional and advertising activities in the assigned area
Creating a good image of the company
Market and industry analysis in the entrusted area
Monitoring the effectiveness of the actions taken
Periodic reporting of work results
Participation at stand at trade fairs and exhibitions
University degree in electrical engineering or commerce or comparable
Experience in an independent sales position in the automotive aftermarket
Computer skills - MS Office package with particular emphasis on MS Excel
High level of interpersonal and negotiating skills, as well as result-orientation
Independence and good organization of work
Commitment and proactive attitude
Readiness for continuous business trips including 2-3 day trips
Fluent Czech and Slovakian language skills, English at a basic level desirable
Driving license of cat B
