- Zpracování zákaznických objednávek
- Správa knihy objednávek v ERP MM
- Komunikace a pravidelné review se zákazníky
- Spolupráce s interními provozními týmy (plánování, nákup, expedice)
- Organizace přepravy zboží
- Hlášení stavu zakázky interně / externě
- Podpora reklamačního procesu / spolupráce s oddělením kvality.
- Řízení celních procesů
- Podílet se na plánu neustálého zlepšování společnosti
- Účastnit se podle potřeby firemních aktivit
Co budete potřebovat?
- VŠ / SŠ vzdělání
- Praxe z administrativy, logistiky, zákaznického servisu vítána, ale pozice je vhodná i pro šikovného absolventa s chutí se učit
- Znalost AJ na komunikativní úrovni, nutná znalost i českého jazyka
- Znalost MS Excel
- Samostatnost a pečlivost
