We are looking for a highly motivated & self-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to quickly develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals, as well as to make meaningful connections with our customers and prospects in Central Europe and Nordic region. Responsibilities
Face to face customer meetings using various sales methods, spend >50% of working time in travel.
Communicate with all internal departments related to fulfilling customer requirements.
Coordinate activities with inside sales and customer service teams to maximize our ability to close on new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate and up to date records and files on all accounts including sales, data, quote records, call reports and customer contacts.
Work with Laird Field Application Engineers to develop custom products for specific customer needs.
Interaction with customers regarding status of orders, new programs and product presentations
Provide sales forecast, develop strategies and tactics, and evaluate their effectiveness.
Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.
Requirements
Possess an inherent desire to hit the phones, pavement, social networks and email to drum up new business.
Ability to network, build relations with clients and persuade them to purchase products.
Listen to the customer’s needs
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Working experience with EMS.
Experience working with Saleforce.com or similar CRM.
Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering or equivalent work experience.
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Knowledge of EMI, RF and Thermal Interface Materials is advantage.
Car driving license.
Must be fluent in English, a second language is appreciated
