Process Improvement Analyst (Compliance)

As our Process Improvement Analyst you will assist the compliance team by driving process improvements through automation strategies and ML/AI projects and streamlining daily operations.

What will you be doing:

Develop and maintain analytic dashboards for ongoing analysis and identification of gaps and opportunities.

Propose and carry out technological improvements to current processes and projects within Compliance Team.

Oversee various compliance platforms to keep updated trackers.
-
Handle Data Retention Policy requests in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
-
Support daily operations and participate in projects within Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Affairs Europe, contributing to the achievement of BRIGHT Targets with the Global Compliance Team.

Work in a quickly changing environment with multiple stakeholders
-
Ensure full flexibility within the team to meet existing and future business needs
-
Contribute to policy enforcement by reviewing and managing compliance policies’ queries.

Participate in Vendor Due Diligence procedures
What you'll bring:
-
Fluency in English (C1 Level)
-
Graduates with Bachelors degree, preferably in Engineering, IT, or Business Administration. Law and other degrees will also be considered if accompanied by an interest in automatization and AI

Interest in working with compliance and legal programs
-
Results and process orientated
-
Able to drive change within the team

Very pro-active, organized, energetic, problem-solver
-
Ability to lead by example and demonstrate alignment to company culture and principles

(MS Office, Financial systems)

Advanced skills in Powerpoint and Excel

Analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Able to work on own initiative and prioritize workload effectively
