Process Improvement Analyst (Compliance)

As our Process Improvement Analyst you will assist the compliance team by driving process improvements through automation strategies and ML/AI projects and streamlining daily operations.

What will you be doing:
  • Develop and maintain analytic dashboards for ongoing analysis and identification of gaps and opportunities.
  • Propose and carry out technological improvements to current processes and projects within Compliance Team.
  • Oversee various compliance platforms to keep updated trackers.
  • Handle Data Retention Policy requests in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Support daily operations and participate in projects within Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Affairs Europe, contributing to the achievement of BRIGHT Targets with the Global Compliance Team.
  • Work in a quickly changing environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Ensure full flexibility within the team to meet existing and future business needs
  • Contribute to policy enforcement by reviewing and managing compliance policies’ queries.
  • Participate in Vendor Due Diligence procedures
What you'll bring:
  • Fluency in English (C1 Level)
  • Graduates with Bachelors degree, preferably in Engineering, IT, or Business Administration. Law and other degrees will also be considered if accompanied by an interest in automatization and AI
  • Interest in working with compliance and legal programs
  • Results and process orientated
  • Able to drive change within the team
  • Very pro-active, organized, energetic, problem-solver
  • Ability to lead by example and demonstrate alignment to company culture and principles
  • (MS Office, Financial systems)
  • Advanced skills in Powerpoint and Excel
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work on own initiative and prioritize workload effectively
