What we’re looking for
Responsibilities:
Designing and Optimizing Logistics Processes: Analyzing existing logistics processes and identifying areas for improvement. Developing and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
|Implementing Technology and Automation: Proposing and deploying new technologies, warehouse management systems (WMS), and automation solutions to streamline logistics operations.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization. Creating reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and presenting findings to management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with operations, production, IT, and other departments to ensure that logistics processes align with company objectives and customer needs.
Ensuring Compliance: Monitoring compliance with local, national, and international regulations and industry standards, including health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
Problem Solving and Adaptation: Quickly identifying operational issues and proposing solutions. Adapting to changing market conditions, customer needs, and company strategies.
Support in selecting and purchasing warehouse equipment and the necessary technical infrastructure
Close cooperation with the supplier, planning, purchasing department and others
Monitoring and optimizing existing logistics processes
Research and purchasing new technologies
Conducting audits and evaluation of existing processes
Creating procedures and necessary technical documentation
Participation in other projects conducted in the AUTODOC Group;
Conscious attitude promoting compliance with health and safety regulations;
Carrying out other orders from superiors under the employment contract
What we expected:
Minimum 5 years of experience on similar position in distribution/e-commerce center or production company
Experience in managing improvement projects in the organization and coordinating work of multifunctional teams
Experience in conducting internal audits
Very good communication and presentation skills
Advanced analytical skills
Knowledge of Automation systems
Advanced knowledge of English and native knowledge of Czech
