The employee is a focal point for the team of Operators. The employee supports implementation and development of Honeywell Operating System. The employee performs work activities related to product manufacturing in required quality based on the attachment to the job description (Operator position).
1. Develops and motivates the team of Operators on shift. Leads the production meetings (Tier1).
Reports on insufficiencies, identifies and escalates problems on shift that he is not able to solve; provides data updates.
2. Carries out his/her duties according to LSW (standardized work of Group Leader).
3. Monitors and evaluates Operator's productivity (SAP), including cooperation on overall eqipment effectiveness (OEE, utilization), plans and monitors attendance of Operators at workplace (Identity system) and ensures maximum usage of work time on production orders (Overhead time).
4. Takes part in planning and realization of Operator trainings in compliance with HS&E requirements and regarding Operator’s cross-functionality and proficiency. Takes part in training plan preparation of all required trainings.
5. Drives continuous improvement in HOS (Identification of waste, 5S, Visualization, etc.) at assigned workplaces.
6. Supports improvements in quality, takes part in nonconformance solving – identification of root causes, identification of corrective actions and their realization (QN).
7. Uses Operators’ feedback to monitor state of the tooling and escalates requirements for repairs/adjustments of tooling.
8. Provides feedback to the Supervisor for Operator performance evaluation (HPD).
9. Perform any work associated with the production of the product with the required quality based on instructions of supervisor and in accordance with the technological procedures for the job / machinery / workplace.
Apprenticeship finished.
HON employee - 1 year experience / external sources at least 2 years experience in production.
Ukrainian at the level of a native speaker (C1).
Czech language B1 level.
Driving licence.
User skills in MS Office.
