Regional Invoice to Cash Leader (EMEA)

What You Will Do The Regional I2C Leader, EMEA is responsible to provide leadership for converting the EMEA regional Gross Trade Sales of over $5Bn to cash and minimize risk.
This is a leadership position that works closely with the regional Finance leadership teams, cluster/country finance teams, external stakeholders to maximize cash flow and minimize risk for the enterprise, while driving standardization, digitalization and operational excellence.
Being the regional leader, this position leads a large team based across the EMEA countries and a BPO and is a member of the Global Invoice to Cash Leadership team to shape strategy, transformation, and execution.
Most importantly, this leader will develop his/ her team of direct and indirect reports to achieve key outcomes for cashflow, risk and help them achieve their individual career aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Operational Excellence
Provides direction, guidance, and oversight to the invoice to cash organization operations
Establishes KPI, metrics, targets, forecast and risk & opportunities assessment and shares with stakeholders.
Lead best practice sharing and implementation both regionally and globally
Sets the tone and ensures strong compliant environment and root cause problem solving culture
Digital Innovation Engine
Sponsor digitization and digitalization initiatives led by invoice to cash function
Support enterprise technology implementation and deployment
Drive utilization of standardized technology platforms and applications across the regions
Be a Business Transformation Partner
Acts as regional point of contact and escalation point to drive required actions from stakeholders
Lead regular engagements with internal and external stakeholder that will provide actionable insights
Deliver unique I2C insights to contribution to enterprise business results and stakeholder success.
Enhance People Capabilities
Ensure talents are engaged, energized and their health and wellness are taken care of

Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting or finance.
CPA, CMA, MBA and/or other financial certifications is preferred.
Required
Generally, requires 8-12 Years Work Experience in business and finance partnering role
Experience on a global or regional scale
At least 4-7 years of people leadership experience is required, preferably multi-cultural teams
Ensures compliance with all laws and regulations associated with duties and responsibilities.
Drives strategic imperatives that improve cash flow and mitigate risk.
Present results and strategies to senior leadership.
Influences and champions strategy and solutions.
Ability to frame clear & concise communication across all relevant stakeholders.
