Job Responsibilities
- Operation and maintenance of our extensive production software applications.
- Supervision and execution of software deployments and release rollouts.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability and availability.
- Develop automation scripts to enhance system efficiency and reduce human error.
- Documentation of IT processes and system configurations.
- Collaboration with several teams for continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Completed education in computer science or comparable qualification.
- Professional experience in managing IT systems.
- Knowledge in handling Splunk, Grafana, SQL, IIS and Kubernetes.
- Proven experience in working with cross functional Dev Ops Teams, preferably in the process or manufacturing industry.
- Programming skills in C# and experience with the .NET platform.
- Analytical thinking, strong problem-solving competence and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Team player with strong communication skills in english, german language skills are a plus.
