JOB DESCRIPTION:
Your task will be to develop and manage an end-to-end process of a global comp & bens in 25 major countries.
Create and review Job Architecture and Catalogue (Global)
Conduct salary market research (focus on EMEA, potential extension to Global)
Collaborate on Global Job Pricing Advisory (EMEA, potential extension to Global)
Develop compensation practices for market surveys
Designing country profiles with key market & legislation data (EMEA, potential extension to Global)
Reporting
Requirements:
University degree
Ideally around 3 or more years permanent job in business administration / trade / account management
Ideally an international working interaction experience
Understanding business administration and economics
Understanding data modelling
Proficiency in English
MS Excel, Power Point
Cultural awareness
