Main Purpose of the Job: Controlling Specialist CEE Region plays a crucial role in supporting the organization's financial commitments. The primary objective is to assist the Nestle Professional business controller in ensuring that the company is well-informed and positioned for continued growth and success. By closely monitoring financial KPIs, collaborating with various teams, and providing financial support to marketing and sales, this role contributes to the overall growth and profitability of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with teams such as the local F&C NIM team and the F&C NIM team in Hungary to ensure seamless coordination and alignment across departments, enabling the achievement of common financial goals.
Financial Support to Marketing Team: Provide financial support to the marketing team during the innovation process (SPC - Selling Price Calculation). Assist the Business controller in evaluating the financial feasibility of new product launches and marketing campaigns.
Support to Sales Team: Assist the sales team in evaluating promotional activities. Support the Business controller in providing financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and optimize promotional spending.
Budget Management: Take a supportive role in managing marketing and trade budgets. Perform reporting, regularly monitor, and evaluate budget performance.
Responsible for marketing investments pre/post evaluation, including investments monitoring and regular checks during the year.
Support the monthly book closing process by preparing accruals for the Hungarian team and handling RIG exceptions.
Other Tasks:
Provide operational support, such as managing the workflow for new materials in the system.
Manage transfer price acceptance/check and act as the market contact point for missing transfer prices.
Update financial tools (Promo Tool, Blue Prints, Total Trade Spend tool) and ensure all inputs are up to date (list prices, production costs, novelties, etc.).
Provide regular updates for the daily sales report, including master data updates.
Provide financial inputs for the monthly management letter.
