Project Manager III As our Project Manager III, you will be responsible for lo support the Global Project Manager managing multiple projects while focusing on process development and process validation and verification to help ATL provide the highest quality to our clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages multiple complex projects simultaneously focused on product development and design validation and verification.
Utilizes risk management methodologies to escalate issues and guide project teams through Phase Reviews.
Manages project change requests and maintains alignment among key stakeholders.
Reports on project status: scheduling, budget, scope, and risks.
Establishes, communicates, and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Motivates the project team.
Coordinates activities of cross-functional teams.
Handles Purchase Order Requests.
Ensures compliance and contributes to the development of ATL's Quality Management System.
Travels up to 10% of the time.
Performs other assigned tasks and responsibilities.
Supports or leads continuous improvement projects.
Contributes to the development of business processes, trains others, and closes gaps in existing processes.
Coordinates interactions with testing teams, laboratories, and service providers.
Education & Experience Requirements:
At least 8 years of progressive experience in Program/Project Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bachelor's degree in business or a Related Field.
Knowledge of development prototyping methods: 3D printing, machining, EDM, casting, etc.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes: injection molding, vertical molding, wire extrusion, metal stamping, SMT, etc.
Knowledge of product development and validation activities: brainstorming, specifications, DFMEA, DFM, Design for Cost Procedures/Protocols/Reports, etc.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 and their impacts on project schedules and documentation requirements.
Extensive experience in risk management.
Experience with project management and scheduling tools (Workfront is a plus).
Able to understand technical documents such as blueprints, part and assembly drawings, assembly instructions, etc.
Extensive experience in problem-solving and conflict management.
PMP certification is a plus.
MBA is a plus.
