How you’ll make an Impact:
The Sr. HR Specialist role is a trusted partner to the HR Business Partners, enabling timely, high-quality delivery of talent and organizational matters, culture, and change management for assigned groups.
This role supports our Business Service Center for the IT and Finance Functions, and supports HR Business Partners across the corporate functions.
Talent and Org Strategy: Assist the HRBL network with the execution of the Talent and Organizational activities. Partners with COE to ensure delivery of these activities.
Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP): Partners with COEs to provide accurate data and reports aimed at supporting the execution of the SWP process. Works alongside COE partners to ensure context for data is provided can be validated.
Talent Acquisition Strategy: Provide on-boarding assistance to new hires and support HRBLs with planning and execution of the Talent Acquisition Strategy, in collaboration with TA COE.
Organization Design and Development: Facilitate information and data gathering, workshop preparation, and materials coordination with guidance of HRBL in order to effectively plan and deliver the org design and org development processes.
Collaborates with COEs to ensure a successful delivery.
Talent Development Reviews: Using COE training materials and approaches, coordinates information gathering, materials and meeting preparation, and rollup of results for the Talent Development Review (TDR) under direction of the HRBL.
Change Management: Understand change impacts and coordinate activities associated with change management activities (e.g., comms & training materials) consulting with COEs for thought partnerships. Assist the work on request.
Coaching High Performance Organization
Engages COEs for additional training/resources.
Talent Analytic: Access data and assist with the storytelling, visualization, and insights on workforce information to assist the HRBL in assessing and action planning of talent and org needs.
Coordinate with COE and HR Ops counterparts to identify the data and reports to best drive insights, visualization, and progress dashboards.
Provide feedback to COE regarding data issues or future reporting needs to best assist with assessing talent and org metrics and action planning.
Culture and Value Steward: Assist with culture and engagement action planning and execution. Review and prepare rollup information on my Voice engagement survey results as requested. Influencing decisions and actions to be aligned w/ culture.
Liason between HR and the Business
Support execution of solutions delivery as needed to help ensure value-added support and service delivery.
Coordinate with other areas of HR (Operations and COE's) for high-touch or ad-hoc situations requiring elevated or escalated coordination on behalf of employees and leaders.
Utilizes materials/resources from respective COEs to support annual HR activities such as pay review, annual performance review, mid-cycle reviews, etc.
What you'll need (Required):
Bachelor's Degree with 6 Years of previous related Human Resources experience Required

Experience with a Shared Service Center
Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite and HR systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating, consultative, and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives

Proven success adhering to and leading project schedules and managing complex sections of projects
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Excellent knowledge and understanding of HR functional areas with an expertise in one or two areas including: Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Leadership Development and Organizational Development
Extensive knowledge and understanding of applicable employment laws and compliance implications
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite and working knowledge of HR systems (e.g. Workday, Kronos)
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to influence
Ability to assess risks, analyze situations and determine next course of action
Ability to manage internal and external confidential information with utmost discretion
