Responsibilities:
- Technology Strategy and Advisory:
- Advise Auxis business leaders on technology strategies that align with their business goals and objectives.
- Provide insights into emerging technologies and trends that can benefit operations.
- Data Analytics and Business Intelligence:
- Design, develop, and implement data analytics solutions, including data warehouses, data models, and dashboards.
- Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
- Solution Implementation and Integration:
- Lead the deployment and integration of technology solutions, such as CRM systems, ERP systems, and custom applications.
- Ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using technology.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and business units.
- Change Management and Training:
- Support the business in adapting to new technologies and processes, including conducting training sessions and providing ongoing support.
- Develop change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure that all technology and data analytics solutions comply with relevant security regulations and industry best practices.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with technology implementations.
- Stakeholder Communication and Satisfaction:
- Act as a key liaison between technology teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Regularly engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with technology solutions and services.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external vendors to ensure timely and effective support and enhancement of applications and processes.
- Collaborate with vendors to identify opportunities for system improvements, negotiate service agreements, and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), addressing any issues that arise to maintain high service standards.
Skills and Experience:
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology consulting, data analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python).
- Knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent project management skills, including experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences stakeholders
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Nice to Have
- Expertise in SQL and database management (e.g., SQL Server).
- Relevant certifications in technology, data analytics, or project management are a plus (e.g., PMP, Microsoft Certified, etc.).
