Job Description Key Responsibilities / Job Duties:
Credit Risk management knowledge and experience
Deep understanding of change management process
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data in Coupa – specifically clean up of data, identifying data gaps, and closing out data gaps
Ability to work with various technology platforms
Providing support when new ticket gets raised
Management of global vendor base
Closely engage with stakeholders
May also support the delivery of other DSS procurement and sourcing services including spend analysis, supplier performance management, and contract administration

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
A minimum of 1-4 years of work experience in IT operations, risk management, or operational procurement
Additional Information

Demonstrated teamwork and team leadership capabilities
Excellent project management skills including project planning, time management, multitasking, critical path definition
Client Services Capabilities: Strong customer service orientation including demonstrated issue resolution and relationship management skills
Ability to learn and master client specific processes, terminology, political environment, systems and unique requirements by various business groups
Solid decision making ability using available facts in sensitive client situations
