Your responsibilities will include leading and actively participating in the design, development, and delivery of our software projects.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Customization and Fine-Tuning: Customize and fine-tune pre-trained LLMs to meet specific project requirements.
- Model Training: Train models on relevant data sets to enhance their performance in patient engagement scenarios.
- Deployment: Deploy LLM models into production environments, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, healthcare professionals, and software engineers, to align AI/ML initiatives with organizational goals.
- Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot issues related to model accuracy, performance, and deployment.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and implement best practices to continually improve model outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduates in systems, networks or related fields with +5 years of experience.
- Experience: Hands-on experience in AI/ML, with a focus on LLMs.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python, Tensor Flow, Py Torch, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with NLP and LLMs like GPT, BERT, etc.
- Strong understanding of model fine-tuning, transfer learning, and domain adaptation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI models
