Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Serve as an expert in the comprehensive documentation lifecycle process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of documents
• Collaborate with diverse teams to identify document management needs and develop solutions
• Offer guidance and support to colleagues within the organization regarding document management processes and procedures.
• Promote awareness and understanding of information governance documentation throughout the organization
• Monitor and analyze documentation feedback and trends for process improvement
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and regulatory changes
• Work closely with relevant parties to ensure information is in line with organizational objectives and legal obligations.
• Complete other governance activities and provide support as required

Requirements:

• 3+ years of related work experience
• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (equivalent experience accepted)
• Experience in drafting corporate policies or working in document management
• General understanding of cybersecurity technologies and controls
• Proficient in interpersonal interactions and communication
