About the job SAP Success Factors Consultant (3-Month Contract)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Success Factors Consultant specializing in the PMGM and Compensation Planning modules, for a three-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and supporting Success Factors, with a proven track record of at least 3-5 years of implementation experience. This role requires proficiency in configuring and testing Compensation Planning and PMGM modules, developing functional and systems specifications, and preparing comprehensive documentation and training materials. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the implementation/support of SAP Success Factors PMGM and Compensation Planning modules for various clients.
Configure and manage all related components within the Compensation Planning and PMGM processes.
Design and configure PMGM Business Rules to meet client requirements.
Handle multi-country implementations with integration into external HR systems.
Educate clients on system configuration and design alternatives, ensuring the best solutions are adopted.
Gather and assess requirements from functional business owners to tailor the system to meet their needs.
Configure and test the end-to-end Compensation Planning and PMGM processes, ensuring seamless functionality.
Drive the development of functional and systems specifications based on client needs.
Prepare detailed documentation and training materials to facilitate user adoption and understanding.
Ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed deadlines and meet the high-quality standards expected by clients.
Main Stack Skills Required:
3-5 years of implementation experience with SAP Success Factors, specifically in Compensation Planning and PMGM.
Proven experience with SAP Success Factors Compensation Planning and PMGM modules in design, configuration, and testing.
Strong knowledge of configuring and managing PMGM Business Rules.
Experience with multi-country implementations and integrations with external HR systems.
Proficiency in gathering and assessing requirements from functional business owners.
Excellent documentation and training material preparation skills.
Ability to ensure high-quality deliverables within tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification in Success Factors modules is preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of implementation experience in Success Factors Compensation Planning and PMGM.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
