Basic Qualifications:
SAP Human Capital Management - Experience 3 Years
SAP Success Factors - Experience 1–3 Years
SAP Project Implementation
SAP Issue Resolution.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role years of relevant work experience in software engineering
Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.
Technical knowledge in package applications.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Assist in managing a team responsible for package software application development.
Support project execution and resource allocation.
Collaborate with senior management on departmental objectives.
Contribute to the timely delivery of software solutions.
Provide technical assistance to team members.
Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
Coordinate communication within the team and with other departments.
Help identify and resolve project challenges.
Other Qualifications:
Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
Relevant SAP cloud certifications (e.g., PMP, CTO, or MBA) or advanced training a plus
