- 3+ years Hiring, Developing, and Leading a team of Managers and ICs
- 4 + years Experience in success in e Commerce sales, building and managing pipelines that deliver
- Owning and drafting business performance docs to upper-level stakeholders
- Data analysis and reporting
- Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred

Key job responsibilities
The focus of this position is managing a team with a mission to recruit and manage US-based marketplace Sellers into the EU region including UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and more. In this hands-on role, you will learn and apply first-hand knowledge of US2EU Seller Experience including logistics, advertising, promotions, fulfillment, and more, and manage responsibilities including:
- Owning the P&L and setting the vision for a 30+ HC sales team supporting two sales channels
- Building and executing Seller Recruitment and Management sales strategies with US and EU stakeholders
- Delegating high impact SMEships to drive process improvements
- Hiring & Developing a bench of next-generation top talent
- Representing the team’s contributions in x BRs including WBR, MBR, QBR, and OP.
- Building multi-domain subject matter expertise through management of parallel business initiatives.
- Liaising and maintaining regular communication with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to set and inspire team vision
- Ability to influence key stakeholders
- Ability to wear many different hats and deal with highly ambiguous situations
